Government plans for the private-rented sector remain unworkable, according to the National Landlords Association (NLA).
Proposals announced include the development of a "Trip Adviser" style feedback website which would allow tenants to post views on rental accommodation and landlords. In addition, the Government has reaffirmed its commitment to establishing a National Register for Landlords which would allow tenants to gather information on the track record of prospective landlords including the condition of their properties and how quickly they fix any faults.
