Sequence Lettings, part of the Connells Group, is re-launching the Landlord’s Rent & Legal Expenses Insurance it offers to residential landlords.

The insurance, which includes protection against tenant default, will be especially important when Housing Benefit levels are cut in April 2011, at which time it is expected many recipients in rented accommodation could fall behind with their payments.
